I've seen a vendor with every single different color buggy available, He wasn't a hidden vender IIRC. I'm sure someone knows what im talking about
You're talking about the highland transit depot but that doesn't have everyone that is available. The one that I have is ultra rare. you wont find it in that vendor, sort of like the plum, silver, and white challengers you have to get lucky and catch it at a random vendor.
