Alot of us beta testers would log out and log back in Phase hopping to try and find our friends that also got into beta. If you are experiencing major lag I would suggest you try and phase hop to a lesser populated phase so you can play till Trion gets the kinks worked out with the Xbox live network. I hope it helps its one reason some Xbox live players are seeing no lag at all to where some are seeing nothing but lag.
