PC Major Bug: Lockbox Vendor Taking Resources/Bits -- Giving Nothing

I'm reporting this on the forums as well, as it currently seems my two support tickets for separate issues (one being this one) will be sitting in queue for a while...

I purchased a Tier 4 Lockbox using Resources at Iron Demon Ranch -- It stole my resources/scrip and gave me no items.

I purchased a Tier 2 Lockbox using my remaining 120 bits after doing a co-op mission, producing the same result.

This should be looked into ASAP as this can involve people losing Real Money Currency -- Which is bad. Very Bad.

yea the bits thing is getting out of hand i bought $50 dollars of bits and spam bought lock boxes then they did the server reset rolled back 4 hours and lost my items and my bits are still gone so i know what u mean i got 2 tickets as well and posted on the forums now its time to play the waiting game lost about 300 ego in the roll backs as well

Have you looked in the Claims section of the Defiance Store? If your inventory was full at the time, it's used as an overflow. It's worth a shot. People have reported that sometimes, the items are missing completely.
