ok so i accidently deleted one of my characters last week and i need help getting it back its the only character i've made in about 5 months live chat is telling me my slots are full and i need to delete a character in order for them to restore my other one but i only have 5 characters currently i have a empty slot but they are still saying i don;t even know i have sent them the pix of all my character and the empty slots can i get some help on why this is happening?also who's to say if i do delete another character they aint going to say it again omg please help

Might want to private message Kiwi for a faster response. I can however tell you why they say you need to delete another. For some odd reason they need your account down to 3 toons so that when they go to work on the one that you deleted on accident they can actually "see" it. Don't ask me why they say this but when someone has more than 3 toons that is what they always ask of the person in order to bring back the one that got deleted. My suggestion is go ahead and find a buddy with a storage toon and move all your things you want to keep off of your 4th toon and then delete it. Then they should restore your toon that you want.

i can be okay with deleting one toon but not two i have a total of six five now of course but there has to be a way to fix this without me deleting two more of my characters.

With the recent link/unlink thing going on. A lot of players accidently deleted their main toon. And each one of them was told the same thing. Delete another so we can fix it. Don't know why, and im with you here...its bs that they cant do anything about it without the deletion of another one

The reason behind this is they can NOT see 2 of your toons. It only registers you only have 4 toon slots in their database. So if you have more than 4 toon slots than the reason you need to delete under 4 is cause their computer only sees 4 average slots open. People with 5 to 6 are disabled when it comes to issues like this.

well i deleted another char but i still have four ill see what they say but if i need to delete another illl need to transfer alot of items and no one is online for e to even do that so i guess this sux but they need to look into another way of doing this it makes no sence that if we lose a char we have to delete two more just to get the one we want back.

Really glad you were able to get your character found and restored bella! Not sure what was causing that, but I am glad it got resolved.

As a side note, the database is not designed to be able to handle hundreds of characters being created and deleted on an account. In these cases, sometimes a deleted character may seem like it is not actually deleted to the game database. For some players who were part of the recent exploit, this could be a side effect. Please contact Customer Service if you have any further issues.

I think the extra slot problem was caused by all the missing punctuation marks - they get in everywhere!
