Account login issues from UK

Is anyone else having account login issues from the UK or other countries ? At the minute im connected through a private server i run in France, thats the only way im able to post this. Ive tryed 4 computers in the same house with the same result , blank screen with Error 101. connection reset. Its been like this for about 4 hours and just wondered if anyone else had the same problems. maybe its jut my IP but thought i would ask and see.
