Not everyone, I didn't though I still got the title.
My third exl event in Defiance and it hasn't dropped or been granted.

Yeah u might be right, guess I didn't properly read about it assuming it would be same as last year, good luck getting it to drop with the dismal spawn rate

Actually thinking more about it, it may have been intended as a drop last year too but it wasn't dropping so everyone who played got 1

Received mine last year. Kinda lame to see that it's just a "drop" this time around.

They were even supposed to be a drop last year, but it was discovered that due to some mistake they weren't even allowed to drop. As a result, they ended up mass granting a Halo to any players that had logged in and played for at least an hour during the event.

Sirserved is right. It was supposed to drop last year but an issue prevented it so it was awarded to everyone who played for atleast an hour during the first 24 hours.

I got mine last year and didn't even know there was an event going. Was new to the game than. Didn't realize I even got it till a few days later when I was changing headgear and nameplate. Funny thing is all my toons have it. Even my lower toon has it and he was just made a few months ago,wasn't even made at the last EXL. This year it might be different though.

Since it was manually awarded because of an issue on Trion's part, it was awarded account wide. So of course all your characters on that account should have it.

everyone playing did their part to help the weekend

and they did take the vendor away from us halfway through...
