Hmm around 1028 here. Loving it.
Only time you can see another players EGO is if you are Teamed up with them say in CO-OP.
Mine is now ~750. My secret, activily do pursuits, they give tons of ego, some even give +40.
It's not via inspect that I've seen it. When you join a Co-Op mission party, everyone's name and EGO level is listed on the left. That's where I saw it.

Yeah pursuits help a ton! Co-op and shadow war give a good amount of XP. Im in the upper 700's

I am at 250ish, but I've only played a couple hours a day.

has slowed down ALOT now though, running very dry on pursuits, though I could get quite a few "lvls" in pvp.
Yeah basically I just played during the last weekend beta they had got up to around 458, but I've just done every pursuit in the area's working on competitive pursuits now. Has slowed up quite a bit since finishing up the San Fran area, although I have a couple pursuits that cant be completed due to bugs that don't register some of the pursuits that I have completed. Enjoying the game atm. We'll see in a few weeks.
