Is the courier supposed to be off aim? I face the wall a The Fork at point blank range fire a round and the round sticks to the wall far off the reticle at the 7 o'clock position. Is this normal?

so are some of the detonators...you aim straight they shoot off to the left n up....not all dets.
I've played with mine so much, I've adjusted--but Courier rounds are sticky and depending on your rolls, pretty generous with their damage radius. Usually if they land NEAR an enemy and go off, they do damage. But I have noticed, especially while moving that the Courier does veer to side a bit. Maybe find one with a good accuracy roll and see if that helps?
When flareguns first came out (and for about a year afterwards) they'd impact far wide right of point-of-aim. But when you learned how to compensate for that (and had lvl'd pistol skills up a little) - the server would act as if it were a homing flare in use.
Flareguns were devastating to zombies that first Halloween event, too.
Couriers, otoh, used to fire two separate rounds at the same time in a diverging 'V' pattern, and if you had any distance from the target - you'd miss as each round flew wide around the target.
These are just my opinions.
I have lots of opinions.
Some of them, on occasion, people have agreed with.
I do not trust those people.

2013: Mid E-5XXX main, but I played 26+ 'toons from E400 to E5500. (Dormant)
2050: Lvl 499X main
It looks to me like a difference of it being third person rather than first person. It's accurate enough that I rarely miss now that I'm used to it, and I've barely noticed the off-centerness. The automatics that just spray bullets everywhere are much worse.
Everything with 3rd person scope is off!!!
