Purple lockbox4 weapon gone!!

Hi

I love the game, BUT i bought a level4 lockbox for bits and recieved a purple combat shotgun from it. I really liked the gun and used it for an hour or two until the server crashed.

When I was able to log in again the gun was gone

Anybody else tried this? or knows if its possible to retrieve it/get a new lockbox?

Yes, I currently have the same problem. Bought a purple weapon off a faction vendor and it disappeared after relogging. Seems to be an increasingly, brought up issue. Sent in a in-game ticket but who knows until they fix it.
