update03.triongames.com broken but not update02?

So I'm getting the failed to find download versions, patch aborted error. Looking at the patch log it's trying to connect to http://update03.triongames.com/ch3-l.../ch3-32640.txt which fails. Try pinging update03.triongames.com. You get nothing. Try pinging update02.triongames. TADA!!

When I try to download their patcher right from their site it also goes to update03 which fails.

So, how do we get the patcher to stop looking at update03.triongames.com and instead look at update02? I'm guessing all of us getting the failed download versions are experiencing the same thing because of this.

This is driving me nuts... I'm sitting next to my girlfriend. Her patcher works. Mine doesn't. I copied her game folder so I have the same files as her.

She can ping update03.triongames.com, I can not. We're on the same network.

The only difference is she has Windows 7 and I have Windows 8. Does Windows 8 block certain ports or something?
