Keep on getting Error #2025

Hello everyone,

Last night, our platform team identified an issue that was preventing some users from logging in. We are on the case. If you see a 2024 or a 2025 error, clearing your Glyph app data may resolve the issue, but our teams are working to resolve these errors for all players.

To clear your Glyph app data:
Navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local.
Delete the entire Glyph folder.
Attempt to re-run Glyph.

Still not working for me

I get the 2024 error after I delete the entire folder whereas I get the 2025 error after the folder recreates itself



Eventually it lets me login but goes to the authentication window that requires the code from the email. Once that's typed in, it goes back to the 2025 error

I had to try multiple times to get it to work and I'm still not sure how I did it.

Im on my phone and was receiving a CAS Authorization error. Not sure what it meant. But I figured I just got banned again but it let me sign in again after about an hour or two. I'm still unsure of what exactly it was. It just said I wasn't authorized. It never said 2024/25 error, but I figure this may also be a result of whatever was causing your problems.

Having the same problem here. Deleting the folder wasn't a solution in my case.
