Heres some things you may not have noticed (besides from the three codes)
After the man outside the bar is shot, the Irathient holds his hand over the mans face as he dies. We know that the Irathient are a very spiritual people so we can assume that the Irathient is performing some sort of spiritual practice.
One of the ark hunters and the old guy outside the bar notice one another, that is because they both have tattoos of the Earth Military Coalition on themselves (possibly why that guy has only 1 leg)
When the group enters the bar there is a skull on a table near the door. I am fairly certain that this is a Saberwolf skull (you see them in the TV show trailers).
A shot of a patron inside the bar is a Liberata smoking a cigar. Due to the way he is dressed I believe he is in fact Varus Soleptor, a mining magnate of the Bay Area.
During the fight, a large fossilized/petrified/stuff/fake hellbug is seen on a back wall.
Many of the silvery/blak-blue rocks at the arkfall site are most likely large chunks of gulanite hence teh reason why the hellbugs are so attracted to the area.
Oh and I was just kidding about the three codes
