BUG: Can't always change inventory items or save loadout perks

I noticed that I can't always change/assign different grenades, then if I wait a while it will work. Also my 2nd loadout doesn't always save all the perks. Anyone else notice this?

I thought this was a bug and am still not sure. I noticed when I had a lobber installed to Loadout 2 2nd weapon my grenades would not allow me to equip. This might be some form of balance if it isn't a bug.

When I equipped a standard rifle to replace the lobber my grenades auto equipped to the one I had previously.

Im having a similar problem where I cant change my grenades or guns then I wait alittle and then I can. But then it goes back to doing the same thing again.

when it does that this to u click on the grenade/gun/shield u already have equipped and click equip to get the "E" next to it then u can change to something else
