in the tutorial where you have to fight the holograms. I can't even activate my powers. you push L2 on the controller and it doesnt do ****. i even switched controllers and both are doing nothing. **** i even went back to Battlefield 3 just to make sure it wasnt the controllers. how is a person even supposed to make it out of tutorial if the buttons are broken.

Tried mapping the button to another? Like swap powers and sprint. Then see if sprint works on L2 but powers still dont work on button whatever. If that is the case, you excluded any controller issue then have a bug report to fill out.
I just installed the game not even 20 minutes ago. havnt remapped any buttons. just installed and started it. R2 works fine but no L2
Got the same problem on another character of mine. 1st Character I created got all the downloadable items immediately instead of after the tutorial.
He is sitting with 40 Ego instead of 10 so its wanting me to spend the ego point and until I do its not letting the L2 work. Of course you cant get into the ego matrix as your still in the tutorial phase.

I've got a support request in but yea if you want to continue you need to create a new character. On the 2nd character I got all the downloads once the Tutorial phase was over via the Claim Item in the store.
yeah im stuck in the same thing. same situation. ive got a crap ton of stuff from preorders and finding the arkfall codes etc... cant get out of the tutorial. pisses me off. plus idk if i can redeem my preorder bonuses with another character bc my first character got all my stuff as soon as i started.
It looks like all new characters get it only the 1st one you create bugs out.
