It does not directly state that it is health based. But is very easy to show and can be demonstrated in game. Since pictures are worth a thousand words and there seem to people who would like pics to be shown. I will demonstrate using pictures.

I called up an Abominable Warmaster so I could control the environment (i.e. no other people influencing damage being dealt).

I bought a plain no nano VOT Blaster from a vendor seen here:
    Spoiler:

My loadout I used was simple and I removed DLC perks:
    Spoiler:

I shot the WM in the back using the no nano VOT Blaster and got 3905 DMG being dealt:
    Spoiler:

I added a Fire Converter to the VOT Blaster (which should decrease the Card Damage from 7382 to (0.9 x 7382) to ~ 6643.8. Card shows 6644 so that checks out:
    Spoiler:

Now if the Warmaster Blue Armor Crystal is health based then the damage done by fire converted Blaster should be 3905 x 0.9 x 1.5 = 5271.75.

So lets see what we got:
    Spoiler:

We got exactly 5272. Which checks out.

Thus proving without a doubt that the Warmaster Blue Crystal is indeed Health Based.

I do not know what you mean by trying out an Ultimag. I believe that might be discussion between you and someone else. As I showed above that the Crystal Armor of the Warmaster is Health based, I believe the onus is on you to prove or disprove whatever disagreement you have about Ultimags.

That said if I run into a Rad Ultimag I will do some tests with pics again to demonstrate what it does. Until then...

Happy New Year and Defiance and All That

Not a new weapon, but the Reaper from instances and Incursions with a fire nano. Keep the same mechanics, where movement is slowed a tad, but put consummable ammo into it with about 1/2 the mag of the existing. When it runs out it needs a 3 minute cooldown before it could be reloaded. But, during the time it was able to be used, it would be a beast. Also, make it a PVE only weapon so pvper's aren't screaming nerf 2 minutes out of the gate.

I'm just tired of seeing a line of weapons in inventory systematically being destroyed every time a new good jp launches. Albeit, there are some that are just terrible, Dustfire, I'm looking at you....But, a entirely new line of weapons would be outstanding. No more renames/reskins/re-syns...

    Cause 'nades...
If I can get a reaper in my inventory, movement slowed or not I am in!!!!!!

I'm not sure of all of this. I bust armor on the war master with my bio springer. Then get 94k a tick with my DC-10.

Rig in this case does not matter because it does not have any nano associated chips and was the same for each time. But keep grasping at straws. If you like I can post a pic of rig as well but there is no benefit.

Also note that this was a private WM by myself so yes I did not use my standard WM setup as I was all alone. So yes had to equip a bio gun to help remove plates and sheild.

I beginning to think that if you still disbelieve, despite the preponderance of evidence and the tone of your posts that you are just trolling. If you want to learn to do it better, then great. I will take the time to answer like I did above. If you are arguing just for the sake of arguing go troll somewhere else.

useless you did it solo . other players set up also mess up your numbers. that would be a bit foolish to think, that there isnt other types of chips or cyber rig abilities that would effect the weapons damage output .the proof you showed us clearly shows you using a cyber rig, and in a room full of people . to us it just looks like you skewed the results to just to make it go your way , nice try tho
