    Expeditions:

    Time invested vs. payout.

Yesterday eg. I did 23 rounds. Only usable piece of loot:
    An OJ Damage resistor chip.
Increasing my damage resistance by a whole 0.5%.
    yay.
Usable loot for the other three teammembers combined: 1 OJ rig.

Now I dont want freebies but hours of play should reward you with something better than vendor fodder you can get out of lockboxes imo.

    2nd:

The contract "Coalition Gear" requiring you to open 3 mutant gear chests.
Today I started with a round of Stolen Purpose for another contract.
In the process I opened a crate and guess what ? It counted as mutant crate.
    -> 1/3
After that I did 5 rounds of War Below.
Resulting in >1< mutant chest found.
The other 3 chests I found counted as raider chests if my pursuits didnt lie.
And im not even mentioning the golden skitterlings I encountered where chests should have been.

expos have pretty good loot in my opinion.. ur not supposed to get supremes every tier but oj drop rate is pretty high actually.. suprised after 23 tiers you didnt get anything other that that damage diffuser which id play 100 tiers if i was guarenteed that chip its one of the most looked for chips there are.
expos are supposed to be hard and its the people who expect all oranges every tier that complain about bad drops

So I'll take a locked JP weekly with the chance to get other, unlocked, JPs over this mess of a RNG any day.
No, just no. Everyone got blues anyway, even with the locked JPs. The locked JPs were still a force of RNG. If you got terrible JPs for all 3 weeks and someone got 3 good JPs (an example is a friend of mine having 3 copies of the Wolfman in claims) and didn't need them back then, it's actually worse than if you got no JPs and they got 3 tradable drops under the current system. At least now they have a higher drop rate and all of them can be traded. Locked JPs were a terrible idea and most players just exploited that system anyway. Instead of complaining about the removal of a broken loot system, you should be demanding one that works (e.g. Token System) instead.

Wow if I had three Wolfmans I would have one with a falloff barrel, crit barrel, and powerbore!

When Trion decided to put Arkforge weekly cap/limit. Friends went bye bye because of this.

I would LOVE to see this "higher drop rate". Cause it sure as hell ain't happening on the consoles.

Just because you don't see something, doesn't mean it's not happening. It also doesn't help when a small amount of people log in and play, sample rates and all.

It's not just me not seeing an improved drop rate. I mean typically people will brag in area if they score a JP and there hasn't been a whole lot of that happening during the last few events.

Of all the players that do event Arkfalls, what percentage do you honestly believe will really brag when they get a named item? Let's add on the fact that they happen in more than one phase, so there are those that you're just not present for. Let's add on the fact that you can't stay awake/logged in for all 504 hours of the event, meaning things are still bound to happen when you're not present. Are you implying that other players intentionally wait for you to log on so that they can brag to you about their named weapons they get?

TL;DR Version: The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. Rashere has nothing to gain by lying to us about raising the drop rates on looted Jackpots, we would just torch and pitchfork harder in response.

    Nice topic Chump.

    1. Co-op. Commander Cronkhite takes no time at all yet it is now assumed that all Cronkhite runs will be speed runs. This is happening with many other stages as well.

    2. Volge Incursions. The players who insist on shooting the mines around crates to kill fellow players. Childish.

    3. Doing away with weekly event jackpots. Sorry, the Slay Bells needs 500 arkforge to equal any past jackpot. It is a serious downgrade. All arguments supporting it cannot get past this point.

    4. Watching my friends leave in hoardes, first at the huge financial implications of expeditions, followed by Midsummer Mutiny - due in large part to the lack of jackpots - and finally the arkforge cap.

    5. Detatchment and the ladder. These two moves preceded the patch notes if I recall correctly. As others have termed it; a stealth nerf, and not the first apparently.
