Salvage matrix is bad

stay away people stay away I spent nearly 20k in Arkfall thinking hey it will add the lost slot my almost maxed purple bolt action sniper, while I waited I equipped my other sniper and was doing the main quest. a few minutes later i changed my loadout to my sniper pistol combo and.....BAM no pistol my purple darkmatter pistol with a scope was gone....now I don't have a complete purple set (T_T) I feel so empty i'm so pissed

If you want the item back submit a ticket. It could take a few days but they are aware of some issues with the Salvage Matrix. Although I think the main one is sending an item to have a slot added and then logging off.

This is a known issue and devs are working on it. They will release a fix when one is available.

Disappearing items!? – This has started to crop up. Now, this shouldn’t be confused with a database crash during last night, this is something far more complicated but is connected to the Salvage Matrix but probably not the cause. Rather an underlying error which happens more with the use of the Salvage Matrix. We started seeing this happening more and more and have a team investigating this. We might disable the Salvage Matrix to minimize this problem while we find a solution.
