Seriously learn basic netiquette and learn to read dates on posts. This is the worst form of necro-posting, reviving a dead thread filled with obsolete information.

It seems the thread has been necro'd several times because ppl were glad to get the information. Is that such a bad thing?

I know necro's can be annoying, I'm just not sure that that is the case w/ this thread.

Yes it is. Maybe you're simply unaware of it but this is dated information. Corrosive doesn't even exist in game anymore except on some faction vendor weapons and I'm not sure if they even exist on those anymore. More importantly this has none of the information on nano effect damage modifiers or the how the armor damage mitigation system relates to it which are exponentially more important to understand and factor into loadout decisions and market value of gear. It's incomplete and dated information and therefore misinformation which is one of the reasons why necro-posting is bad.

Corrosive is only available in a faction vendor weapon but supposedly its considered Radiation now.
