Why can't we be allowed to transfer items between our own toons?

I didn't want to hijack Cygnus' armory bank thread,so i'll start my own. I hate bugging ppl to help me on transfers,such a pain. So why can't they work out something for this on PS3? They're my toons and my toons stuff. If I want to spend AF or salvage to raise or lower my toons items why not. This current low ego low mod slots philosophy is for the birds. It would give my higher ego toons something to do with there salvage. I know they want us to spend more money on the game,but with all the new bit store syn stuff for sale I'm sure they're making some $$$$!!

You can't transfer them because you haven't done Claptraps Secret stash quest lol.

This should be allowed. Sorta tedious

I've suggested several times to be able to send items to claims so we can move them from one toon to another in the same account. I can't think of a reason why they wouldn't implement something like this?

Just make everything droppable. What could possibly go wrong?

Just make an alt. Extra storage, plus mule duty when you need it.

Trouble is on the consoles, xbox for instance you'd need another complete set up, tv/console and another Xbox live gold account and on the ps3 you still need to have another complete set up but no online fees. Must admit I like how it's free on the ps3.

Unlike the pc where you can load 4 characters at the same time.

most clannies and friends help me transfer items all the time but it's time consuming just to what, bump the ego on my jp or transfer mods from one toon to another

if i only have another PS3, things would be easier to transfer

Thanks for the info you 2. I don't have another PS3. Just think it be nice if Trion would just let us transfer.
