Ok I read the whole thread.in my opinion spawn camping is cheap.but everyones gaming situation Is different.said spawn camper may be trying to complete pvp kill count.leaving the match is the simplest solution.creating a better way to spawn might help.or it could become the new way to kill and avoid death.players will abuse game mechanics to their advantage no matter what.
I prefer a spawn fix over a nerf.what nerfarious fails to see is that a nerf affect the weapon in the entire world not just pvp.we have already suffered through nerfing shotguns,saw,immunizers etc.all it did was render these weapons useless.autos and explosives are very important in open world,co op,and expos. if you fix them for pvp you break them for 3/4 of the rest of the game. thats not balancing.
The beauty of defiances pvp is its a run what you brung pvp.you can use anything.create your badest load out! Thats where your skill comes in to play understanding perks, shields,rigs, moding,and aquiring gear from others etc.if you want to see who is the best at using a controller play cod.or make your own game called sticks n stones.lol
Options to run private custom matches is the best solution in my opinion.giving options to control weapon pool in a private match could be fun.
asking dev to make pvp only weapon pool or limiting what player can use sucks
Nerfing weapons is a cheap way to ruin other players fun.come up with better solutions, like private custom matches.options to control weapons in match,say for a sword only match could be cool.but dont ask dev to decide for us.

I remember we had a saying in bf3, the best way to break out of a spawn camp was to not get spawn camped. Lol. But in this game it is down right awful. I remember one day on freight yard as soon as you spawned you were blown up with a detonator, due to this a hole actually standing right up on the ledge where you spawn with a damage spike. I mean he was an enemy and he was ten feet from us. Then there are the super tryhard elites who zoom to enemy spawn and snipe everyone the second they try to drive off the ledge. And these are the same ones who talk smack all the time about pvp weapon choices. Let me stress this next point, any of you who think you are some kind of pvp god because you merc people on defiance, take your self perceived invincibility to battlefield. Go now. Do it. You will be slaughtered on maps that were designed by people who know what pvp is and weapons that actually take skill and practice to use. As it is here, give any new player one of the multiple one shooters or explosive weapons in game and they will be at your level immediately. All they have to do is spam the a button and lob Big boomer balls in your general direction.

It used to be way worse on freight yard, used to be that you spawned inside the building, and if 1 of your team mates decided to park cerb in front of the exit everyone got stuck, then it literally was like shooting fish in a barrel
Accept the "PVP police" qq bout which guns you use and complain to the devs and make false accusations against a player using a particular gun. Which is why I'm against private PVP until they make this game available to be hosted on public servers operated by the players I'm against private PVP...too many keyboard warriors abusing their false sense of authority over other players within their clan etc..
I hope they fix the maps along with making it so players who leave matches can't rejoin until at least 5 minutes or more time has pass. I also hope they implement dynamic spawning rather remain with the current spawn system which is static. Meaning players will always spawn at the regular known locations. That last option to make dynamic spawning would alleviate the spawn camping (it won't stop it completely but it would definitely help players).
