Has anyone seen the reveal of Bungies new game called Destiny?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwOUi...&feature=share It looks similar to Defiance. What are your thoughts?

Someone else brought it up as well. I dont believe in MMO. Borderland, Left4Dead kind of co-op shooter is my guess. I think I hop on board, its cool they release new game every 2 year all way to 2019.

Co-op shooter? and Defiance is MMo and tv-show, definitely not direct competition. Bungies offers max 50 hour of content, where in Defiance you can spent months or even years.

Defiance is actually quite unique and only time will tell if we see something like this in the future. Id bet EA could be one and interested to make something like that, just imagine what kind PR boost they'd get.

Defiance is a lot more unique then Destiny. Though i'd think Destiny would make a lot better 3rd person shooter then a FPS

According to IGN's stream, it isn't exactly an MMO and there won't be a PC release so there won't be a competition.

Minus their ten year plan, it looks like just a sci-fi co-op shooter.

I lost interest as soon as I found out there won't be a PC version.

i have been interest in destiny for such a long time and really happy to see it reveal . but until it is release or beta and see if it really amazing . my attention will stay for defiance

Yeah, "shared world" shooter, so Borderlands.. nothing too awesome to get excited. I might check it out as its online game though. I SOO much prefer Defiance and huge seamless open world also this is MMO, 50+ player battles.
