No Dvd in CE and UE edition

quick update, looks like amazon lied on there page as the cardboard sleeve says just soundtrack and that's all there is. So we don't get the Bonus DVD, guessing its time to write a message to amazon about this to see if there's any freebies we can get.

I sent in a quick Email to them asking them:

Since I bought the Ultimate Edition and it was listed in the product Description,
Can they send out the "Bonus DVD" to me ASAP ^_^

Just want to see their reply before pushing it for anything more...

I'm sorry to learn that you have not received the Bonus DVD with the "Defiance: Ultimate Edition (PC CD)".

I understand that you would like us to send the Bonus DVD to you. We will send you a replacement for the whole item as we cannot send individual items from a set.

But before sending a replacement, we'd like to look to check the inventory of the item to make sure the replacement also does not arrive without the Bonus DVD.

Hence, I’ve requested that someone from our Fulfilment Team checks our inventory of "Defiance: Ultimate Edition (PC CD)".

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with an update on this.

Not too worried about a replacement (installed the game and opened the packaging already!)

But would like an acknowledgement that they posted an incorrect description and people who bought it based on that description should get some sort of recompense.

My reply i got was along the lines of , oh no we dont have dvd for PC version youre mistaken look, then they list the present listing. They then go on to say I was mistaken and misread lol. Copy of web page and screenshot off to them .

Just think they are idiots and think changing the listing after selling is ok in their eyes.

sorry to disappoint you all, But there is nothing special about the DvD at all.

all the videos that are on it are online already, so you already have the better deal.
I haven't listened to the CD yet (neither plan to)

Theoretically, if they send you a new UE with everything included, you could sell the replacement's UE code as you're already playing using the previous code.

Tho technically i could go for refund then buy the standard copy and still have UE ingame gear but cant be arsed lol
