I do love the look of Decoy - getting a hologram to draw some of the aggro off you for a while could come in very handy. It depends how much it draws enemies though, but assuming it's about as useful as Hologram from Halo Reach I could see it being awesome. With upgrades you could be very sneaky with it
Though I do like the idea of being able to boost damage for a while. That would fit in well should I want to play the action hero, wading in with that LMG blazing!

Probably Overcharge. I am more of a sniper type so overcharge would seem the best.
Cloak + shotgun.
i will probally be a heavy weapons guy so i will go with overcharge just to be a jerk to other players

Primarily Decoy. Who needs cloak when I can distract you, and switch my location at a moment's notice?
Then probably Overcharge since a damage boost is always nice.

I have never been much on invis/cloak type things in MMO's. I know alot of people like them, but the always felt like the easy way out to me. Just my opinion
It will depend on my friends choices, I am a fairly rounded player, being able to switch roles as needed. My personal Favorite however, Overcharge.
