Unfortunately I am anticipating the majority of people running overcharge. Being able to wipe several groups of people in a few clips is just wayyyy too enticing. I will be using it to super-charge my sniper rounds

you guys do know that base overcharge is only a 10% bonus right? Im sure there are things to increase that, but there are damage increases for the other boosts as well.Originally Posted by Shadow2400

I feel like 10% plus bonus perks will be pretty significant on some of the upper tier of guns. Plus if you've got a fast fire rate with a huge clip that can be an incredible combo even low level.

no but then again i am not a stealth person or a decoy type either i might try blur but for the most part i am a in your face type of player so thats why ill go with overcharge
