OJ Lucent Guardian MK3:

Weapon:Syphon Hallow Point Assault Rifle/SMG modded with a T2 Catalyst Injector
Shield:- Ironclad / Rhino Booster V ARK (extra HP) or Berserker V ARK (to synergize with Vampire Shield)
- Rynclad ( Ryronclad ) / Ryno ( the maybe bugged shields from S1-E2 missions, although I don't support it's use because of Plates and because of PvP unbalance)
- EXL Ironclad Rearm IV EX / EXL Darkest Hour(Wetwork Synergy or Firewall is recomended)
Perks:
- Insult to Injury
- Bloodsucker
- Fortitude
- Blast Shield
- Celular Armor
This brings us to 10% + 6% + 10% = 26% Base Lifesteal and 5% + 6% + 10% = 21% Base Shieldsteal.
Factoring in Vampire Shield, we get 26% + 8% = 34% Shieldless Lifesteal and 21% + 8% = 29% Shieldless Shieldsteal.
Now the Injectors and the Syphon Proc: 10% + 15% + 6% =31% Syphon Proc. Chance on Critical shots and 10% + 15% = 25% Syphon Proc. Chance on Body shots. Why does Syphon's Proc. matter? Because it heals.
Now for the mitigation: 6% + 5 x 2,5 % = 18,5 % damage mitigation.
Congratulations, you're now a Tank. You deal less damage but you also take less damage.
Notes:- In some uncommon cases, it may be better to use an Omni Instigator with 5 T4 Syphon Intensifiers;
- If you're trying to resist a specific nano (Expos and, to a lesser extent, PvP) , it's better to install 5 T4 Resistors instead and equip the correct nano resistance Perk and nano resistance Shield;
