Vehicles get boost of 0

this was an issue in beta too. whenever there is a boost increase for the next level of rollers runners etc the boost is always 0% what is the point of that

Being that I have Runners 12, I'm seconding this - I've had Boost Ammount and Boost Regen come up as bonuses, and both are 0 increase. The only Boost-related one that seems to increase is Boost Speed.
