I agree with OP completely. It's not even just about playing for "four days" straight. Everyone's going to eventually get where he's at sooner or later and the lack of content is going to take it's toll on the majority of the players. The concept about constantly adding in content is fine, but the game hardly had any to begin with, it feels very unfinished. I've seen more single player games with a bigger map.

So you completed all the pursuits, have maxed your rep with all factions, got gold in every race, rampage and hot shot? You are 5000 ego and have every weapon xp maxed? I didn't think so. There is more to this game than the main story, in fact I would say that the main story is like 5% of the whole game. No incentive to do co-ops or ark falls? how about fun, some of the co-ops are a great time. If you are really good at them you can set personal goals in them, like speed clears or no deaths. If you don't like the gameplay that is fine, but it's a shooter, expect to spend allot of time shooting things.

Everything you mentioned are just time sinks that add nothing to the game. You're just as strong at 1 ego as you are at 5000 so there is no point in getting 5000. (Perk's don't add any noticeable amount of strength to your character) Ark falls are just a copy and paste of Rifts rifts. Done one you've done em all. Rep is worthless (and most of the contracts are bugged). Story and quests are just there because they're required in a game that's dubbed "mmo". There's no actual reason to do them.

Personally I feel that anyone that rushes to complete a game is probably suffering from some type of personality disorder. Don't mean it as a personal flame, but there are disorders that manifest as an uncontrollable urge to do something to its completion in the least amount of time.

A better way to put it is, there's minimal difference aside from the "MMO" experience between this game and a single player FPS. You get the same weapons all the way through and EGO rating is just a random number that was put into the game to provide an illusion of "strength".

I completed the all the quests in the game main and side quests and now what do you do?
There's really no incentive to go in and grind co-op missions or run around and do arks since it really does not give you anything other then more of the same weapons i have already.
The Pvp in this game is just ridiculous with everyone using grenade launchers that one shot you and everyone being in stealth.

From what im reading in other threads is that there will be DLC that will launch later on corresponding with the show, and everytime i hear DLC theirs always a price tag behind that.
so then we will have to wait a week and a half for the show to air for new content to come out and again after?
that seems cool but when the game can be completed in a few days you now have to wait till more content comes out?

It just seems that I purchased an incomplete game and have to wait 2 weeks for ~8 hours of more game play each time.
this game is going to fall apart with a system like that.
also taking into consideration that more games will be coming out in that time that will pull people away from this game because theirs nothing to do.
So i guess its just another single player game that when you beat you just toss it off to the side and move over to the next.
