What level unlocks all loadouts/perk slots?

What EGO do I get all perk slots and loadouts unlocked?

"IF" you somehow managed to only get EGO rating from filling the xp bar, you would need 2600. This will allow you to fill out every perk and power. However, you will probably be much higher than this when you get there. This 'should' also unlock the loadouts and most of the perk slots if not all of them.

I meant the perk slots that you equip in your loadouts. What level do all of those unlock and what level does your 5th loadout unlock?

2 - 100
3 - 150
4 - 250
5 - 500
6- 1000
7 - 2000
8 - 3000
9 - 4000

Not sure of Last loadout, probably 2000. 4 Loadouts by 1000 ego rating.

I got the 4th loadout slot today, it was earlier than 1000. I didn't notice it for a while and a big pursuit took me to above 850 by now, but I think it unlocked at 750 or 800.

They did say that making it all the way to 5,000 was going to be difficult to do.

Unlocked 5th slot at 500.

Well I have a 1018 EGO and still have only 2 loadouts available. No clue why I have not gotten more by now.
