    ETA on game support tickets

    I was wondering how long it usually takes to have a support ticket answered for Defiance? I sent one off 2 days ago and it still hasn't been replied to. If I put in a ticket for Trove or Rift, I usually have a reply within hours of placing the ticket.

    I'm getting the feeling that Defiance really isn't high priority for Trion like their other games.

    It takes a few days at least so you'll have to wait.
    Defiance is gone. Gamigo has been "not neglecting" the game for over a year, yet there's nothing new except for low effort arkfalls and bitshop items.
    I know it might be hard to quit a game you loved for years but you have to understand that it won't get better. Ever. If you like the game in it's current state, then sure, keep playing it. You're enjoying yourself after all. But if you aren't, don't hope for a better future for Defiance. Because it won't come.

    Last summer I had a ticket go 13 days before I got a response and it ended being the standard "we can't help but we forwarded it to the team" reply. Good luck.

    The more information the better

    I usually have my ticket resolved within a couples days, max. If you want your ticket to be resolved quickly hes what I do that I think helps the process. I always put the which expedition I was in, the date, time I was extracted, and how many hunter requisitions I use. I hope this can help.

    Someone somewhere usually pipes in with Defiance being the Red headed step child of the family and to some extent it does seem that way at times.
    That said I usually get an answer from a GM within a day or two unless it's a weekend.
    Then it could be longer.

    Did a ticket on my canker loosing rolls a month ago. Except for being told they were upping it and make a post on the forums about it, I got nothing. I take that back they sent me a survey to fill out on how well they did.
