Weapons suddenly wont shoot?

Okay so the server went down the other night for a restart. Just before this I picked up the Incinerator rocket launcher. Servers came back online and all seemed good but now my rocket launchers will sometimes only fire a single shot and after that, nothing. NONE of them will shoot. What's up with that? Lol I dont know if I should just break them all down or sell them because they are now just using up inventory space. Suggestions?

oddly enough,we had the same thing happen during a Duel,at the bathhouse.

we started the duel and a scrapper siege started same time,so we dueled it out while fighting them as well.
when i killed him tho,the duel ended and suddenly we couldnt even fire our weapons.
Any weapons / switching loadouts did nothing.
of course,the scrapper siege is still going...
this led to some interesting curse words and a quick trip to the fork,where they still wouldnt work.
only resetting the system cured it.

I expected it was a simple glitch but this has been happening for roughly a week now. Very inconvenient when almost finished with Alcatraz lolol
