    Servers not connecting since new update

    I was playing the game everyday and up to the hour of the new Season 4 Monterey update. After the update i had the error 1016 for a most of the day. once this error disappeared i began to get Unable to connect to servers when starting the game. I filled out ticket at Trion for help which gave me a basic response that asked me to set administrator privilege on Glyph and game - did that, reset modem and routers , shut off firewall , stop other services in msconfig...none of these options listed in solution pages worked to solve it. I see Trion had some trouble with Glyph errors at first after update and now the twitter page says they have solved the issues and everyone should be fine- HAHAHA. Still trying to get into game every few hours and 44 hours later still not able to get beyond the " unable to connect to servers" error and no help from Trion - not even a a follow up response to my repeated request for assistance. This is the servers still acting up and there seems to be no hurry in Trion's part to address it - anyone have any possible leads for me to try?

    Just installed the game and keep getting a server error then it take up to 20 minutes to 30 minutes to load before I can get to the game
