I didnt get everything that was supposed to come with the Digital Deluxe edition

I think the only thing i got was the dodge challanger and a couple of guns. I have no exp boosts or Ark Infiltrator outfit or anything. What I did was I went to the store in options and collected them there. Is that where the other stuff was supposed to be?
