Just curious why you're on the forums for a game you don't like and don't play anymore?
As for Trion Squelching complaints... they let people complain all the time. It's gotten to the point where I don't even bother arguing back or defending the game because the devs almost kind of encourage it. There something in the terminology used about the fact that it must be constructive imput regarding a feature of the game you feel negatively about... but whatever.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding and you do still play the game... in which case you I'm further curious why you're on the steam forums instead of here listing bugs in the game. A final peice of advice though would be to state your complaints in a constructive manor encouragingly and in a way that helps the developers understand your complaint in a positive fashion.
I think you can find some examples of the aforementioned acceptable behaviors
here. It's also the example of why I stopped bothering to defend a game I love... when even the devs don't generally speaking seem to care about people complaining ad nausum provided it's in a productive fashion. I mean I could understand a suggestions collections but nope it's what get's your goat that is considered acceptable. So if you care enough to complain about the game feel free to do so... lots of people do and still get to stay on the forums. Oh and there are lots of other people on the forums who I'm sure would join in and encourage your comments as well.
