its about progression, not ego level.
You need to reach certain points in the main storyline to unlock co-op missions. Level does not factor into it.
what are those certain points as I have completed all main story missions and am aimlessly running around doing side missions. I am currently at 157 lvl
I'm 703 and haven't done all story missions. I do all the sides, then the story, and repeat.
I've been trying to do the Commander Cronkhite mission off and on for the last two hours to no avail.
