Technically, it CAN BE illegal. As the distributing party, YOU would be responsible for paying any and all taxes applicable to performing business transactions in the receiving nation.

Is it LIKELY that you'll be arrested and prosecuted for it? Probably not.

Gamestop will not shop to a mail redirection service for a non-US Credit card. Looks like they will ship overseas though, but it means I'm going to have to wait a week or two before I can get in game. :/ *NOT* impressed that we can't even *confirm a release date or price details* in NZ or Australia for a game that is supposed to be available in just over a month. Plus, looks like we are not getting any sort of collectors edition. Not a bean of one. Have to go overseas to get something. O.o Would be nice if we could be give a weeks grace period to access the server while our physical copies arrive, but somehow I doubt that will occur.

Mighty Ape has it listed now. Release date April 4, their price around $100, or $90 for PC (NZD). Link. So it is coming, but probably no collectors edition. It's pretty shocking publicity really.
