simple the boredom of waiting for a game that's delayed.
Commander of the 82 Rapid Reaction Force.

Don't pity the Company for they are there to make profit.

Don't pity the Consumer for they pay for the product.

Pity the Product for they are born into this world with their destiny already made and their fate sealed.

Pretty much any group of 99er's from the random road-side deals. Spawning two elite blacklungs or charger guys with rapidly recharging shields and a ton of explosive damage is just stupid. They seem to have no "weak points" and nothing interesting about their fights. They just have lots of defenses and lots of damage, so I have to do what damage I can, then run away until they go back. Run back in and do some more damage, rinse and repeat.

    It's boring and frustrating.

Scrapper Forge easily for most annoying. Ugh. Forges can die in a fire IMO. And they plague San Francisco random encounters.

Most deadly are probably Elite 99er Blacklungs. I don't believe any other faction has elite variants of boss units. So easy to be killed by them.

Well, you can shoot them in the head for critical damage, and I believe blacklungs lose the ability to regenerate their shield if you shoot their backpack.

Anyways, I find gold rushers, even their elite variants, to be complete jokes. You trade shots with them at range, and then when rage consumes them, they stand still like an idiot for a couple seconds letting you potentially finish them off before they become any sort of threat.

Probably any of the dark matter guys. They're just bullet sponges and when you hurt them even a little they run away so you have to chase them down, it's just annoying. Or you get the guys with the deployable barrier that all the other enemies run behind.

I don't think Trion realizes cheap enemies are not challenging, they're just annoying.

If you say anything except multiple raider tankers at the same time then you haven't been playing the game :-/

How is the enemy tactically hiding behind their ally's deployable cover "cheap"? Some of the better AI I've seen in a shooter. By the way, when they bunch up behind a monitor, if you get to the side you can hit them all with a grenade for some satisfying damage. Also a disadvantage for them sometimes.
