There's a side mission where you can get 3 bulwarks aggro'd on you at the same time, lol.

Raider Tankers are tough early in the game, but Detu Ara can burn down them in one stunned animation.

I love those things. I think the Dark Matter one is a Bulwark.

They're a pain in the rear if you have other enemies to keep track of, but if you can clear the worst of the adds out, an electric AR/Shotgun combo really helps deal with them. The nano effect interrupts and CC's them when it hits, which helps mitigate some of their attacks. The best thing to do is find cover and move a lot, so they can't get a clear shot at you or run at you.

Those are close I'll admit BUT, you can get out of fire when hit! The Flinching from rocket pods on tankers is TERRIBLE with their triple shot action!

Thinking about Dark Matter mobs... multiple snipers with little amounts of cover. Those situations just drive me right up the wall.

In the San Francisco area, I've learned to either be in my car, in cover, or sprinting with blur active. Anything else is asking to be stealth sniped.

The most annoying enemies in the game are Hellbug Warriors for me. It just really ticks me off that I can shoot their mouth all I want, unless the game says "Mouth is open now" you do no freaking damage to them. I mean, I can clearly see inside of their mouth when they have it "closed", yellow glands and everything.

I mean, these things are basically supposed to be like the Skags from Borderlands I guess, but the Skags weren't immune to bullets with their mouth closed, and also you could still hit their mouth when it was closed, it was just a much smaller target.
