Can't log in.

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but, I'm a new player I just installed and updated the game using Glyph & now I clicked play got past the trionworlds stuff and such and then got to the part where it says connecting with the server, and then I got this message "Critical" "Trion service is unavailable" something like that, It's like it can't connect to the server or something.

This is my first time I'm trying to play this game and right of the bat I'm having issues with it, is server offline or something or is this only problem on my end, I have good internet connection and I have disabled firewall completely, also disabled Anti-Virus and I still can't log in.

I'm not pc savy so all I can suggest is turning it off and on again.

Then I can only suggest what we have to do on consoles and that's to delete all Defiance data and reinstall the game.
Not something you thought you'd have to do I know but it's the only thing that works.
Unless it's some kind of pc issue.

Re-Download entire game? I'd rather quit right now than download 16gb again and watch how the same problem happens heh, and it most likely would, I read a bit, steam users have this problem aswell and they said reinstalling didn't help.

That's all I can suggest sorry, at this current moment in time I begrudge saying this but it is a good game once you get past its issues.
If you have a good connection it shouldn't take too long to download.

Re-installing is generally known never to work in fixing a game issue, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this problem, It would be great if some admin/gm replies, they probbably know why is this happening.

Yeah good luck with that and I'm wondering why I even bother trying to help people play Trions game (as I get no thanks from them).
All I can suggest is deleting and reinstalling the game.
