I'm a new player, I just installed the game I try to log in and it says Critical Defiance service is unavailable, then 2 buttons appear try again and quit game, and thats it, what is this and how can I fix it, I re-installed the game and it happened again...
The game itself does reboot once a day. maybe you tried to log on while this happened OR
You may have to submit a ticket a to Trionworlds.com to register your issue. one time they had to reset my character from their end.
I have no character, also I'm trying to log in right now, also tried last night
Register at trionworlds.com submit a ticket. they usually answer in about an hour or less.
But the game is fun as hell and worth the wait.
I somehow doubt the useless admins of this game will be of any help.
They always helped me. at least ten tickets I submitted.
You may be surprised! If you're still having trouble logging in, I'd definitely recommend contacting our CS team so they can investigate this directly.
