As abit of a side note, why do support imediantly place the blame on us or do nothing with thing that they do not understand.
Everytime i deal with support they usually apoligise and close the ticket, then i have to reopen it and tell them how to compensate or fix my issue.
They alway come through with the goods, but i feel like i have to twist their arm for it everytime.
Anyways, sorry for going off topic guys.
