Go ahead and try to add 50 different face models, and 500 hair types to a game server with over 500 people at once.. there will be lag, it is much easier to just have a few limited options with more time being put into debugging a new game.

Im thinking about some item in DS that allows you to edit your character upon activating. At this point Trion would definitely get more money... more than they get from the outfits.

Outfits are easy.. if you add new face models, and hair types, they have to change how animations work when face is zoomed in and everything, thats alot for a game that allows so many people to play together, why do you think skyrim will never be multiplayer? to much detail to not lag on a online server.

He doesn't suggest adding more options... Only editing existing ones after we leave character editor.
Something like barbershop to change your haircut, or shower to wash off your facepaint...

Pretty basic feature for which people are willing to pay.

Yeah, I've been a bit upset -not angry- that there isn't a barber shop like character editor after you enter Defiance. I've gone through 3 Tristran Dracoss characters to get him up to par lol. Plus maybe an eye color changer would be cool lol.

You know the deluxe edition upgrade gives you an outfit that looks quite similar to that suit, without the wings, but the color is very close.

I didn't get the deluxe edition :'( I really hope they add some creative outfits later because I'm a sucker for those. They all better not be generic military looking ones either -_-

U MAKE Absolutely NO SENSE!! lol guild wars 2 and swtor they have a whole lots of customization and have over 5000000 players playing it wit no lag. including me on ULTRA SETTINGS.

i dont kno if this is your first mmo game,but the way ur talking it sounds like it. come on man.
