yeah, this is a huge issue for me and my friends. I have been in communication with a few devs since i got here, and i have 1 issue. i always make my dude to look like me,kind of. the close up we get in the start is askewed at minimum. i am not black,i am tan,bug difference. my guy does not look like what he looked lik ein preview at all. i asked for answers, but this is what i dug up,and got from the links they gave me,and it's common knowledge know i think. OF COURSE THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE: DLC drops with cathi race, supposedly, and of course a way to change appearances---it's called more OF MY MONEY. first i made an alt which finally looked cool, then i tried to check if my inventory, which i paid for obviously, won't cross over. in fact nothing crosses except arkfall codes, and pre order stuff, nothing else. so hopefully, and i have mentioned that they shouldn't already be trying to gauge us out of cash for things that should be free, and definitely not to start cash grabs too early on frivolous stuff, but my feedback probably fell on deaf ears. anyway,i mentioned if the change is going to cost a stupid amount like 1000 bits, which is like 10.00,especially in my case where i am literally going to drop the skin tone 1 notch maybe 2,and possibly hope for a bigger body type, but that's the deal. in case someone wrote this crap already,i didn't read,so sorry

umm I actually looked at the character model before hitting submit, I am sure they would put in a toon customizer but you would most likely have to pay real money to use it.

ummm,no. that's not we are talking about. you actually think you are the only one who "looked" at the character before "submit"???

Yes. Actually, when I was "setting up" my character I was so excited to start the game that I didn't even notice any of these customization options and now I just have this generic looking Irathien. I feel cheated but also do not want to delete the poor girl. Like my first born child, I don't want to just discard her.

If they are going to add an appearance change option, they may as well add in alot more appearance options to boot. I want more hair, make up, tattoos, scars, etc. options too.

Apparently from reading some of the previous whiney posts Yes yes I do!

no you don't...if there is a dummy who presses submit, then it's your fault. when i took 3o minutes to make sure i knew what i wanted,i chose it. then in game i look stupid, basically i look black. especially standing next to the black deputy. it's pathetic that guys like me,who know how to create, have to deal with incorrect close ups and askewed appearances once in actual game play.

yeah, that's what i said last week. this is not coll though. we should not have to pay anything extra to fix the terrible looking close up which looked good in the create, then in game it's not the same and everything seems darker. i have been in touch with a few devs/gm's and they did verify this 2 weeks ago,and i asked how much, but they couldn't say. if it's a small thing here and there,it might work out. but if it's going to be stupid money like 10.00 for a 1 time overhaul, that will never fly with the intelligent consumer. the customer however, the dumber version of the consumer who thinks this is supposed to be COD 7 or whatever, won't care, spend the money, and move on to another game. the real consumers will need to speak up if this goes badly. i and my friends for one,if you will, will definitely be voicing our opinions constantly. we played a game for 2 years that tried pathetic cash grabs left and right once they realized it would work, even though it could alienate the proper consumers

I know this is going to be added and I know this is going to cost bits. I hope they give anyone who buys a DLC with a new class 1 free makeover. Its going to be crappy to buy a new class then spend bits to use it without making a new character.
