Didn't think this question would be that hard....
All the co-ops get unlocked as you progress through the main story line.
Could be that certain levels will unlock them as well but I finished around 430 ego and I think everything was doable for me then.

Might be named "Soleptor Excavation" (something along those lines, sorry not playing with the English client). Read the description on this one on the right in the full "matchmaking menu" (using the wheel, not the quick menu) you should see this one talks about Ridgecrest.
Ego 100 prerequisite. Soleptor Excavation co-op.
Bring along a BMG as a secondary, much easier to Exterminate 15 Voltan rats.
Walk backwards after your group cleared out the shtaco, whip out the BMG and aim for the red hit markers or the squeaks.
Keep that BMG out on the raiders, easy targets to fire while sidestepping, jumping, and rolling; and level up that weapon.
