1.) Just at a curiosity, is the "Inspect" option working for anyone?
2.) How do you add mod slots, or how does it work? For some guns I can add slots, and others (that already have other mod slots) I cannot.

Other guns do not have Mod slots while some do. You place a weapon to mod then go to add mod and add whatever mod is available for a slot.
