Okay, question about weapon modding - When you mod a weapon does it change the weapons look?

Also I notice some vendors like Shando's Consultant there is a weapon vendor with some cool weapons, but there is a currency that looks like wings? How do you earn these?

yes modding changes the weapons look, probably one of the things I like best about this game

and the currency is reputation, which is earned through contracts

You start getting themm at 250. There sis a dev diary in the stickies on top of this forum if you want to know all about contracts.

How do you get contracts?

They are automatic, when in game, hit J, at the top left go to contracts, then find whatever the daily/weekly is. There is no dynamic tracking, so read the contract carefully to see exactly what you need to finish the contract.
