Armistice weapon guide?

Can't seem to find one, so I thought I'd post the question. I'm not concerned with JPs...just want a way to figure out which AFs to concentrate on depending on which mods & guns are in my inventory.
I'll start it so you'll see where I'm going:

Hulker Hell -
Weapon prefix: Hallowed
Mod synergy: Hallow point
Colony Courtship -
Weapon prefix: Passionate
Mod synergy: Flames of Passion
New Frontier Harvest -
Solstice Strike -
Midsummer Mutiny -

If anyone can help fill in the blanks for those of us who weren't around for every event, that'd be much appreciated.
