[BUG] Weapon Disappeared

So, this kind of ticked me off.

I had a really nice Assault rifle I had gotten from a lock box. It did nice damage and vaporized enemies. One thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't have enough mod slots. I tried adding more, but sadly, was one of those weapons that wouldn't allow you to add more slots. So I though, ok, I guess I'll add a mod slot to my LMG which is only missing one slot. I add my LMG to the mod slot queue. It says for me to wait 10 minutes. I equip my Assault rifle and start a mission. The one where;

Anyway, i get in to the mission and I realize I have my LMG equipped. I say to myself, "That's no right..." and check to see if maybe I added the AR by accident, even though it didn't work earlier. To my disbelief, the AR had just vanished. Not only that, but the LMG didn't have the mod slot added. And to rub salt in the wound, it won't let me add mod slots to the weapon even though there's one slot left.

So now, I'm missing one gun and the other one is bugged.

Same thing happened here Got D/C during that mission logged back on and my EMC XAR-22 fully modded vanished got a ticket going hoping they can get it back for me.

Yep, pretty big issue right now and they know about it.

Don't get any items and then go into pvp games either, if you do that and get disconnected they will be gone, sometimes even after the loading screen to join the pvp match , BAM instantly gone, happened to me twice, lost a weapon once through adding mods too.

I think they are currently snowed down under an avalanche of tickets to fix this

Happened to me about 12 hours ago. Lost my Orange shotgun I just got. Luckily I'm not easily raged or stressed about it

I lost my grind fragger and 11k salvage i spent adding the mod slot...im pretty pissed at losing both my next pvp upgrade and 50% of my salvage.

I don't care about the gun I lost. I just want my primary gun slot unbugged so I can equip 2 guns again. I would also like my loadout screen to function again, and to be able to loot ammo again. It is hard to complete missions when you can't quickly change weapons or loot ammo...

So wait, it's not tied to a specific mission? How does one repro this? Get a new weapon and instantly start a new mission? Equip it right before? Or is it a server saving issue?

The purple assault rifle you get from the episode quests disappeared from my lookout!!

this is what happend to me i think went into a comp match and got stuck in loading screen when downtime happened when i got back i lost a purple synergy detonator with decent mods what suck and made me irritated the most it was my fav weapon for ground control. also instead of it popping up in the small chat box maybe in the corner of the hud have maintenance announce where it can be seen.

I've had this happen to 2 (maybe 3?) of my weapons so far.

I can say that they ALL disappeared in the following circumstances:
* Acquired the weapon
* Modded it somehow (added a site, added a Mod Slot, etc)
* I never logged out between the above two steps

Can anyone confirm that they acquired a gun, then logged out, then back in then modded it THEN lost it?
