Quick question, do synergy bonuses stack up on top of each other? For example grenadier synergy has 10% recoil on first bonus and 20% on second, so if I fully mod my weapon with matching synergy, do I get 30% recoil or 20%?

Yes.
You'll have 30% (10%+20%)
