i think the server is just really full my friend is playing right now and i have to try over and over to log in and once im in i get kicked after 2 mins
Seems like they are full, one of my friend is online and me and two of my buddies are trying to log without much success

Friend and I came out of an instance and we timed out entirely. Can't get back in.

Yes, it seems the servers momentarily imploded.
I got booted after a co-op dungeon, and it wouldn't let me relog.
After quitting out, I was able to log back in-game, and there were lots of people at the spawn point, leading me to believe they crashed. I was in game for a minute before I got kicked again.
Give it a little bit, I'm sure you'll be able to make it in... eventually
Same here. Came out of an instance and now I get a time out message. Can't log back in.
