Is it really true? Customer support broke something on our user profiles (those of us who cannot connect to a server that is active/alive)? if so why? Just looking for answers.

I have had the same issue, to the point of nonstop and i gave up and went purchased another game. I really like this game but it's to the point when i get aggravated enough is enough, Defiance is shelved and i won't be back.

Servers are unbelievable! I am unable to connect but, as we speak, my girlfriend is playing Defiance on her PS3 next to me with NO server issues. Is this real life?

It came out 4 days ago.. honestly, it feels as if I bought a beta, not a game. but, I'm in it for the long haul.. patience is learned by trials.

Am I disappointed? Yeah.. but, behind the scenes I can only assume trion isn't parting it up too much.

I just completed echelon weekly pvp contractwhen server kicked me really hope don't loose that progress

I connect fine until i select my char then booted off with timed out. My friends play fine..

The main server issue thread disabled posting but they are closing others saying go to main one....

Been happening in waves for me....spend 2-3 hours playing...do a big mission...timed out...kinda lucky in that respect though...means i've been able to make food, watch the leaf game, have some beers....but sucks now cause i just did my first instance....wanna do another one.

You would think the devs would post something somewhere on forums giving a time frame. Isn't this why they took it off line Friday. Not a good sign if servers are already down more than their working
